What is SIYI industrial giant ceiling fan?

SIYI HVLS industrial fan is a type of mechanical fan used in commercial and industrial settings. Unlike residential ceiling fans that are typically 36 to 52 inches in diameter, SIYI large shop fan have very large diameters that start at 12 feet and go up to 24 feet. SIYI large shop fans move very slowly unlike standard fans which operate at high speed. With large diameters and low rotating speed, SIYI industrial big factory fans can move large amounts of air, so it is named “high volume, low speed” (HVLS) fan.

How to work?

The unique airfoil blades on the SIYI fans produce a massive, cylindrical column of air that flows down to the floor and outward in all directions.  This horizontal floor jet pushes air a greater distance before it begins to move vertically and is drawn back through the fan.   The greater the down flow, the greater the air circulation will be. 

In a closed space, heat air always gathers on the higher space. That is why in the large commercial space, even if we turn on the air conditioner to the largest point, people on the ground still feel cold. Under such circumstances, we need turn on the HVLS fans to make it rotate in reverse direction so as to eliminate the separation of the cold layer and the heat layer and push the heat air to circulate well.

	SIYI industrial fans adopt the totally new cutting technique to manufacture the chassiss. Compared with the low pressure casting technique, the life span of new chassis is 10 times more. What’s more, it solve the segmentation absolutely.
	The flabellum is the core technique of the fan. Our industrial fans have six or eight PCS of blades and winglets to ensure maximum airflow and efficiency. Unique designed winglets at the airfoil tips greatly eliminate wind noise. The blades is made of aluminum alloy with plastic spraying finish, so it can resist corrosion and dust very well.
